I'm a full-stack software engineer in San Antonio with 20+ years of shipping production software, most of it C#/.NET with Angular, React, Vue, or Blazor up front and Azure underneath. I started out as an Army intelligence analyst, and I still work the same way: figure out what actually matters, then build it.

For the last two years I've been putting AI into real products, not demos. Most recently I designed and built a document extraction pipeline for a compliance platform: OCR, schema-constrained LLM extraction on Azure OpenAI, deterministic validation against the governing code lists, a confidence gate, and a human review queue for anything shaky. I proved it out first in a local eval lab (Python, Ollama, a hand-labeled test set) and costed the whole workload before committing. On production documents it hit auto-accept quality at about half a cent each.

The rest of my range: SaaS products shipping to web, mobile, and desktop from one codebase, Azure Functions and Data Explorer back ends, API migrations (SOAP to REST, OAuth2), auth with Entra / Azure AD B2C, and a lot of SQL Server. Earlier I led teams at GlobalSCAPE and iHeartMedia.

Off the clock this site is the rest of me: history research and hex-and-counter wargame design, which turn out to reward the same habits. Check the claims, mind the confidence levels, build the thing.

I work as an independent consultant under the Oneonelogic banner and I'm taking on new engagements, remote contract or full-time.
